NEW DELHI: China has once again blocked India’s proposal at the United Nations to list Masood Azhar as a designated terrorist.
India expressed concern at China’s stand and said it expected Beijing to be more understanding.
中国再次阻挠印度在联合国提出的把Masood Azhar列为恐怖分子的提议。
印度对中国的立场表达关切，称希望北京多理解别人。
“Decision by China to block proposal to list Masood Azhar as terrorist is surprising as China herself is affected by scourge of terrorism,” external affairs ministry spokesperson Vikas Swarup said.
印度外交部发言人维卡斯斯瓦鲁普表示，“中国阻挠提议的决定是令人吃惊的，毕竟中国自己也受恐怖主义的困扰。
“Chinese action confirms prevalence of double standards in the fight against terrorism,” he said.
他表示，“中国的行动证实了反恐方面的双重标准。”
