NEW DELHI: India’s goal of becoming a permanent member of the UN security council took a significant step forward. Amid protests from China, Russia and Pakistan, the UN general assembly on Monday agreed to adopt a negotiating text for security council reforms.

印度入常的目标向前迈进了明显一步。虽然中国、俄罗斯和巴基斯坦抗议，联合国秘书长周一仍同意采纳安理会改革的谈判文本。

If Russia is not supporting withdraw or minimize Arms deal with them ….anyway their economy is all time down . We need to make them realise at diplomatic level they can further get Isolated in global economic/ political level.
