The world is so flushed with the glut of oil it now has that "China's mystery oil stockpiles" is now being brought into the vernacular of oil traders that will try to justify unwarranted swings to the upside in case word "leaks" that "China's mystery oil stockpiles" aren't as large as.......... as this attempt at bringing in a new market catalyst that until now did not exist. Oil should be at $20 bucks. Everyone knows it. The world has floating cities of tankers full of oil that can't even be unloaded because everybody has more oil already than they can get rid of.

Being a quasi-communist/ capitalist country.... There are a lot of secretive numbers and in many cases exaggerations with regards to information coming out of China. They have one goal--being the super power of the world. The lure of cheap abundant labor and no environmental restrictions has had industries moving and building there. The downside is that once they do China has all of our intellectual designs and patents without being obligated to compensate the creators of the technology.
