ERUSALEM/BEIJING (Reuters) - China's economy may be 35 times larger than Israel's but Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is hoping to use that to advantage during a three-day visit to Beijing as he looks to reorient Israel's economy towards Asia over Europe and the United States.

No. US technology is not going from Israel to China. Neither the US nor Israel are stupid enough to let this happen. Heck, the US even forbids Israel from selling ISRAELI technology to China which could compete with American technology (e.g. the US torpedoing the Falcon project) And no. China is not going to push Israel into the sea. They are going to do business with Israel, big business. Been to Israel twice. The food is terrible despite media attempts to hype "new Israeli cuisine." You can't do much with kosher food when so many ingredients are off limits. So if Chinese workers come to Israel hopefully the food choice will improve. They already import Thai workers to do all the agricultural work now that they don't want Arabs doing it any more. Been to moshavs and kibbutzim where the stores carry Thai food for the workers. Butthey either aren't allowed or simply don't venture off the farms. So it's not like there are wonderful Thai restaurants all over the place.
