You need to seriously think about doing research before you post. Airbus planes are manufactured in France, Germany and the UK. Just because it’s a Chinese airline doesn’t mean their planes are made in China for god’s sake – it’s like saying all of BA’s planes are made in the United Kingdom because they’re a British airline.

Cathay Pacific fly direct to Hong Kong from Manchester already and have for the last year. Also Shanghai is coming online too either later this year or early next year with Air China. There may be the possibility of also at least one other major Chinese city being served. Manchester has the potential to go from no Chinese routes 2 years ago, to maybe as many as 4/5 in the next 18 months.
