 Moody’s downgraded its outlook on Chinese government debt to “negative” from “stable” on Wednesday, citing uncertainty over authorities’ capacity to implement economic reforms, rising government debt and falling reserves. 穆迪将中国的长期主权债务评级展望从之前的“稳定”下调至“负面”，理由是执行经济改革能力的不稳定性，债务的增加和外汇储备的下降。
